Launceston Central City's COVID-19 Recovery Campaign
Cityprom is pleased to announce the branded tagline and marketing campaign we will be using for the Spring/Summer COVID-19 recovery period to promote Launceston Central City.... Love Launnie!
This is the largest city wide marketing campaign that Cityprom has rolled out in recent years and has been put together, delivering on the recommendations of Louise Grimmer's Shopping in the City report that was commissioned by City of Launceston in 2019.
The Love Launnie campaign will launch in early September leading on from our cool season marketing campaign, Winterlicious and continue through Spring and Summer.
The Love Launnie branded tagline and associated marketing campaign is aimed at promoting Launceston Central City to residents of the municipality of Launceston and all surrounding regions, including the North West and East Coast... we are even going to invite our friends down South to enjoy a city shopping and foodie weekend here.
The Love Launnie branded tagline will be made available to any business or organisation and has been designed with adaptability in mind.
Cityprom will use Love Launnie branding to promote launcestoncentralcity.com.au and local businesses, members, events and activities within the Cityprom boundary.
We will be launching an extensive marketing campaign to promote Launceston Central City which will include advertising on radio, TV, social media, newspapers, street art, bus backs, window decals and bumper stickers.
Cityprom will use Love Launnie branding to promote launcestoncentralcity.com.au and local businesses, members, events and activities within the Cityprom boundary.

An accompanying hashtag #LOVELAUNNIE will be launched on social media, and we encourage everyone to get involved. The community will be encouraged to get involved in a variety of ways including:

Throughout early September Cityprom will be distributing Love Launnie window decals to our members with a variety of messaging relevant to each business, such as 'LOVELAUNNIECAFES, LOVELAUNNIESHOPPING, LOVELAUNNIEBARS, LOVELAUNNIEFASHION', together with a flyer on ways you can get involved.
