Head on over to Launceston’s Bar Two and let wine scientist Dr Fiona Kerslake and Curly Haslam-Coates from @Vintage Tasmania take you through the science of smell, memory, and emotion, all centred around truffles and Tasmanian wines.
A relaxed session as part of the Beaker Street Science Festival 2021. The full programme runs 6-14th August from the Festival Hub TMAG in Hobart and beyond, encompassing debates, cartoonists, cruises, Aboriginal Fire Talks, live music and much more.
